Keeping the Promise Capital Campaign
Lutheran Services for the Aging (LSA) has a strong history of Christian care and ministry for older adults and the physically challenged that began in 1960. LSA has worked diligently to provide innovative services and compassionate care for residents and clients. Now the 58th largest not-for-profit provider of services for seniors in the nation, LSA is well known both statewide and nationally as a leader in the field.
While LSA has built a strong and vital ministry, the needs of seniors across North Carolina have continued to grow so that a number of current needs remain unmet. These needs will now be addressed through a carefully designed, $75-million statewide development plan.
To assist in implementing this plan, the LSA Board of Trustees has approved a special campaign called Keeping the Promise that seeks to raise at least $5 million in contributions. The statewide construction and expansion initiatives that will be addressed through the campaign will touch the lives of thousands of individuals and families for years to come.
